GALVANIC ISOLATION TRANSFORMER PROTECTION
- Galvanic Isolation . This means the controller is isolated from the client’s electrical network.
- Independent of the client’s neutral systems (no matter the client’s electrical distribution)
- Prevents pollution/rejection (for the purist, this is called “Harmonics”) The goal: To reject the pollution /line noise created by surrounding machines (with a lot of electronics, as is the case today) which can interfere with the proper functioning of our 150watt electromagnetic chuck control unit. It also in turn allows us to not pollute the customer’s network. Many machine tools are powered with a transformer for this reason.
INTERGRATED FINE VARIABLE POWER CONTROL
A heavy duty, well made potentiometer allows for 0Vdc to 110Vdc variable force of your magnetic chuck.
TOTAL DEMAGNETIZATION CYCLE
Braillon Magnetics has been at it since 1921. We have worked years to come up with the best demagnetization cycle on the market. It is fast and very effective. The demagnetization cycle will remove the magnetism from the part to allow for easy removal of you part from the workholding magnet and leave you with low to no residual magnetism.
MACHINE SAFETY INTERFACE
You will have access to a 24v machine safety interlock. If you which to have PLC integration, please call us, let us know so that we prepare the correct control unit properly.
OFFSITE REMOTE ASSISTANCE
Our new MC 20 control board allows our technicians to make a remote diagnosis and improve the configuration of the magnetic chuck control, if needed. All this is done through a simple USB key.
